These terms govern your use of the SOMA SOURCING BD website and any commercial engagement with SOMA SOURCING BD. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations
Prices provided in quotations are indicative and subject to confirmation based on final specifications, fabric availability, and market conditions. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed Proforma Invoice (PI) and 30% advance TT. Production begins after PP sample approval.
3. Payment
30% advance TT, 70% against Bill of Lading copy. LC at sight supported above USD 30,000.
4. Quality
All orders are inspected at AQL 2.5 per ISO 2859-1. Claims must be raised within 15 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
5. Intellectual property
Tech packs, designs, and branded artwork remain the property of the buyer. We do not share, reuse, or resell buyer designs.
6. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, port strikes, government orders).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka.
